The theme for this year's conference, occurring from November 12th-15th, 2009, is "Extend Your Reach". One of the major challenges young leaders face today is building knowledge, relationships, and passion from their interests and ideas. QLEAD 2009 aims to inspire and engage these individuals by extending their reach and uniting their pursuit of excellence with reality.
